JobZor account deletion
Request deletion in the app
Open JobZor, then go to Settings > Account settings > Danger Zone. Review the deletion information and follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@jobzorapp.com with the subject “JobZor account deletion request.” Identify the account you want deleted. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing the request.
What the deletion process removes
The process removes your profile, ownership links, eligible owned-business listings, reviews you authored, applicable provider replies, relevant account-linked message and conversation state, live-location records, notification registrations and preferences, and associated activity records covered by the deletion process. It also attempts to delete safely attributable uploaded media and your sign-in identity.
What may remain
Other people’s reviews, customer messages and records may remain. Moderation reports, cases, appeals, enforcement records, administrative and security audit records, deletion-processing records, and limited information retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations may also remain. Media may remain where it cannot safely be attributed or deletion has not completed.
Completion
Deletion can involve several steps. Submitting a request does not confirm completion. Completed deletion cannot be undone.
